I selected a beige upholstery fabric then sewed the words IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN using black cotton thread. The oval shape is like a finish flag at Le Mans supercar racing. And the ceramic square is like a minimalist piece of jewellery. It is stretched over a timber frame with a sawtooth hanger on the back.
