Mika is a female sculpture with a spring blossom, floral pattern on her face. She has misty gray eyes and bright terracotta pink skin tones. The ceramic wall sculpture can be hung and also be propped up on some books as a focal point. 8 x 5.5 inches.
The floral style pattern on the face is based on the celebrated cherry blossoms of Japan. I used a Japanese cookie cutter as a stencil for each flower. I in-filled with white clay slip then added a spot of gerstly borate for a glossy centre for each flower.
