Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Many of my collectors are in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK. Please contact me directly for any enquiries regarding EU countries. Some countries may require additional taxes and duties by your government. By purchasing items on my website, you are agreeing to pay these additional fees when the parcel is ready for collection in your country.
Do you offer a discount for multiple orders?
Please contact me prior to purchase and we can discuss a discount or reduction of shipping costs.
Do you wholesale art work?
No, I am not currently wholesaling my artwork.
Is the artwork suitable for outside?
Most of my ceramic artwork is earthenware. It is suitable for an undercover verandah or patio. I use a waterproofing silica dioxide wash which makes it water resistant. However, it is not designed for frost or sub-zero weather.

How much will shipping be?
Shipping is based on weight and size. My art works are securely bubble wrapped. Very fragile items will be double boxed. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Do you accept returns?
I offer a full refund upon its safe return. Items must return undamaged. Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or processed in error on our end.
What if a piece arrives broken?
Please take a photo of the work and packaging. Take the damaged item and packaging to your local Post Office with a copy of your invoice. They will assess the issue, submit a report and give you an assessment receipt. Then please contact me and I will negotiate with you about a replacement or return.
