The ceramic wall sculpture is inspired by the stupas and Buddhist statues of Nepal. Khadi is the word for the rough, hand woven cloth worn by Mahatma Ghandi. We ran our hands over the brass prayer wheels, each rotation symbolizing a prayer mantra. The colour gold is revered in the Buddhist world-view as it denotes knowledge, purity, happiness and freedom.
